2 Food Items I Cannot Possibly Live Without!

Okay, so I know that I don't really use my blog to write for my own personal pleasure.  Most of my past blog posts have been written only because I had to for english in school. I actually have been meaning to write something, but never got around to doing it and never really had much time. But today, I WILL WRITE SOMETHING!

At first, I had absolutely nothing to write about. So I started looking at blog prompts. So yes, I admit, this blog post idea wasn't mine, it was from a website. Thank you, website, for getting rid of my writer's block!

The first food item I cannot possibly live without is cheese. I LOVE CHEESE. It is the best thing that I have ever tasted!!! I like all types of cheese like gouda, parmesan, cheddar, feta, mozzarella, brie, camembert, and so on. One of the best cheeses is raclette. It is a swiss cheese, and is made in a certain way. You have to have a special grill thingy, like this one below. I have on at home that we bought from Switzerland, so make raclette cheese quite often :) So basically you put tea lights at the bottom part, and put the cheese on top. It will slowly melt and then you put some oregano and spices on the cheese. After it has melted, you just scrape it off onto your plate. It is truly DELICIOUS! Oh, and it tastes even better with baked baby potatoes! yum! It literally melts in your mouth. It explodes a burst of spices in your mouth, and it gives a nice and strong taste of the cheese.

The second food item I cannot possibly live without is dark chocolate. I can't stand white chocolate, and milk chocolate is okay, but dark chocolate is just wonderful! I mean, who could NOT like dark chocolate? It is bitter, yet sweet at the same time. It is mild, and doesn't give a strong sweet taste. And best of all, it is WAY more healthier than white chocolate or milk chocolate! It doesn't have any artificial colouring and it has really little sugar!

Okay, so this blog post is done. Keep checking my blog to see if there are any new posts! And, there should be, because it's school holidays now and I am staying at boring old home with nothing to do. :(
